Finance Transformation Manager

Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire (Close to the M40 junction)
Salary: Up to c. £50,000 per annum (DOE)
Working pattern: Hybrid

Our client is seeking a Finance Transformation Manager to support the development and improvement of global finance systems and processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong ERP and finance systems experience, ideally including Microsoft Dynamics 365, who enjoys driving process improvement, supporting transformation activity, and working closely with stakeholders across the business.

The successful candidate will play a key role in improving efficiency across finance, helping to optimise systems, streamline workflows, reduce manual processes, and support automation initiatives. Working closely with Finance, IT, Sales, the internal Transformation Team, and external implementation partners, this role will help ensure financial data is accurate, well managed, and effectively supporting business performance.

Key responsibilities for the Finance Transformation Manager role include:

• Supporting the optimisation of global finance systems and related processes 
• Identifying and delivering process improvements across finance 
• Driving automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload 
• Supporting systems implementations, upgrades, and wider transformation projects 
• Analysing complex issues and recommending practical solutions 
• Promoting best practice in system usage and financial data management 
• Working collaboratively with internal teams, senior stakeholders, and external partners 
• Creating training materials, delivering user training, and encouraging strong system adoption

Finance Transformation Manager applicants should have experience in:

• ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 
• Finance systems and process improvement 
• Supporting or leading systems projects and upgrades 
• Finance and accounting principles and processes 
• Workflow improvement and automation 
• Stakeholder engagement across multiple functions 
• Problem-solving, analysis, and communicating effectively at all levels

Candidates should also have advanced Excel skills, strong communication and interpersonal ability, and a resilient, solutions-focused approach.
