Key Accounts Administrator – Non-Finance (Customer Relationships & Admin Support)
- Location: Office-based, Brackley, Northamptonshire
- Salary: £25,500–£26,500 + £1,000 annual bonus + benefits
Join a well-established, fast-growing leader in the home services sector as a Key Accounts Administrator. Based at their Brackley office, you’ll support national accounts with first-class customer service and efficient admin support.
This is a permanent, full-time role, ideal for someone who’s organised, confident on the phone, and thrives in a busy office environment.
Role highlights for the Key Accounts Administrator position:
- Act as a key point of contact for the team and customers
- Manage job orders, quotes, purchase orders, and invoice admin
- Maintain accurate job records and customer service data
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Support credit control and handle inbound/outbound comms
Key Accounts Administrator - What you’ll need:
- Proven admin and customer service experience
- Confident IT skills (Microsoft Office essential; CRM systems a bonus)
- Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail
- Experience in credit control (advantageous but not essential)
Working hours for the Key Accounts Administrator job role:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Office-based in Brackley, Northamptonshire
