This role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity of sales reporting platforms, playing a key role in client retention and satisfaction. You’ll be diving deep into Excel, managing data cleansing, and ensuring the smooth operation of our clients’ tech-driven insights.

Your Impact:
- Ensure data accuracy for reporting solutions using Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
- Tackle data exports, fixing errors, and maintaining quality standards
- Work closely with the Data Quality Manager and IT Services for data flow management
- Support end users, handle data queries, and contribute to product knowledge development
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Excels in organizing and multitasking, with a keen eye for detail
- Is proficient in Excel (including VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables) and comfortable with large datasets
- Has strong numerical skills and enjoys technology
- Communicates effectively and can work independently
- Is open to occasionally covering for the Data Quality Manager

What’s on offer with the Data Quality Assistant job role!
- £13.42/per hour.
- 35 hours per week although flexi time can be built into 14 of these hours if preferred as long as a core of 21 hours could be conducted Monday to Wednesday each week if workloads require this.
- Home based.
- 20 days paid annual leave excluding bank holidays, increasing by 1 day per year for every full year of service.
- A laptop computer will be provided.
- A small working from home allowance for equipment and utilities is included.
- Out-of-pocket expenses for any travel will be reimbursed at 0.45p/mile + incidentals, although travel requirements are very minimal.
